This year’s Art on the Edge juror is Carolyn Olson, a narrative painter who works primarily in gouache, pastel, and oil. She has worked professionally as a painter, sculptor, graphic designer, and art teacher for 40 years. Her work is exhibited in the Plains Museum, the Tweed Museum, and in private collections in North and South America.
The juror’s decision is based solely on digital images of your work, so the photos submitted should be of high quality.
Take photos from straight in front of the artwork (not at an angle).
Make sure there is no reflection from the glass over the artwork.
Include only the artwork in the photo (no distracting background).
Make sure the image is large enough for the juror to get a clear and accurate view of the work.
